Customer Service Representative Description/Tasks:
- Provide assistance to passengers and crew throughout the different stages of departing / arrival at Jet Aviation Zurich incl. porter service, valet parking, crew transportation and delivery of luggage and cargo from/to aircraft etc.
- Greet customers in a welcoming, friendly and respectful manner – make the customer feel at home and deliver uncompromising customer service standards
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding needs and responding quickly to them
- Provide a positive and professional first impression by exhibiting the proper demeanor, organization, and service level to arriving and departing guests
- Fully adhere to all Jet Aviation and airport policies and all applicable laws and regulations without alienating customers
- Adhere to the company standards of excellence for exceptional customer service, grooming and dress code
- Assists flight crews and customers with arrangements for hotels, ground transportation, catering, customs and other miscellaneous vendor service requirements
- Properly maintain passenger and crew lounges
- Responsible for flight preparation, reservations and dealing with handling requests
- Solicit the sale of new or additional services
- Ensure that all services provided are properly recorded in FBO1 for proper billing
- Refer complaints of service failures to the FBO supervisor/teamleader for investigation
- General education degree required, hospitality and/or aviation experience and background is an advantage
- Charming, friendly, team-orientated personality with willingness to serve
- Quality awareness in terms of hospitality and customer service - the difference between good hospitality and customer service and great, is always the tiny little details that create the wow effect
- Good health and ability to work under pressure
- High standard of language skills in German and English is a must
- Flexibility – willingness to work shifts (5.40 a.m. - 10.30 p.m., 7 days a week)
- A valid driver’s licence is a must
- Impeccable manners and effective interpersonal and communication skills with passengers, crews, authorities, supervisors, and peers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and web based applications is desired
